Meatballs With Light Herb Sauce(Serves 4 To 6; Under 200 Calories) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meatballs
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1/2 lb. tiny mushrooms
    1/2 lb. pearl onions
    1 3/4 c. beef broth
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    hot, cooked noodles or rice (optional)
Preparation
    Broil meatballs 6-inches from heat source 5 to 6 minutes or until browned.
    Drain on paper towel and set aside.
