Mimi'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 9 large yellow crookneck or summer squash, wash, remove ends and cut into 1-inch rounds
    1 chopped yellow onion
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. Rice Krispies
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    In
    a large covered pot, boil cut up squash and chopped onion until
    tender.
    Drain well in colander.
    Return to pot. Add
    eggs, Rice Krispies and salt and mix well.
    Pour into 8 x 12-inch baking
    dish;
    dot
    top with margarine.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven
    about 30 minutes or until golden brown around edges and eggs are set. Serve hot.
