Cheddar Supreme Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Zwieback crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar (for crust)
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
6 Tbsp. or 3/4 stick butter or margarine, melted
4 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. finely grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 c. cream (for whipping)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix Zwieback crumbs with 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind in small bowl.
Blend in melted butter.
Press evenly over bottom and sides of 8-inch spring-form pan.
Set pan in a 12-inch long piece of foil; fold foil up along side to catch any butter that may bubble out.
Chill while making filling.
Mix all remaining ingredients.
Pour into crust and bake at 500\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Lower to 250\u00b0 and bake for 2 hours or until firm on top.
Cool.
Garnish with canned or fresh fruit.
