Tangy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut
    6 or 8 small red potatoes
    6 or 8 pork chops
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and place in a 2-quart casserole.
    Cover the potatoes with the sauerkraut.
    Arrange the pork chops on the sauerkraut.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
