Strawberry Jello Dessert-Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels (not too fine)
3/4 c. melted margarine
3 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
2 1/4 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (do not thaw)
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients together and pack tightly in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
Mix the next 3 ingredients until creamy.
Spread on top of the cooled crust. Combine jello and water.
Add strawberries.
When it starts to jell (slightly thickened), pour over top of cheese, then refrigerate.
Best if made the day before serving.
