Omaha Style Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns (2 lb.)
    1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
    season to taste
Preparation
    Use 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan.
    Saute onions in stick of butter.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Top with seasoned bread crumbs, pimento, parsley or crumbled bacon.
    Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes.
    Freezes well.
