Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 c. water
    1 c. raw rice
    1 onion, sliced
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    dried parsley
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in a Dutch oven or casserole.
    Add to the pork chops the Kitchen Bouquet and water.
    Top chops with rice, then onions, then tomatoes.
    Sprinkle parsley on top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Salt may be added after rice, if desired.
