Spiced Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. ginger
2 cloves minced garlic (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce (I use a little less)
2 boned chicken breasts, cut in cubes
2 c. broccoli
3 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sliced mushrooms (or 1 can)
1 thinly sliced onion
Preparation

Mix together garlic salt, ginger, minced garlic, pepper and soy sauce.
Add chicken and marinate approximately 20 minutes.
Use 3 tablespoons oil to cook meat.
Then take meat out of oil and add more oil for cooking broccoli, salt, mushrooms and onion.
Add broccoli and salt first and then mushrooms and onions.
Add all together with chicken.
Serve over rice.
