Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can garbanzos
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Drain garbanzos but reserve liquid. Put garbanzos, oil, garlic and lemon juice in blender or food processor and blend. Gradually add about 1/2 of liquid and blend until smooth. Serve with pita bread.
