Pork Chop And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 seasoned pork chops
oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
6 small potatoes, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
Preparation

Brown the pork chops in the oil.
Drain off excess oil.
Add soup and water.
Heat.
Pour mixture and pork chops into casserole dish.
Add potatoes and carrots.
Season to taste.
Cook, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender.
This works great in an electric skillet.
