Pumpkin Pie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 cube melted oleo
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat all ingredients together except cake mix, oleo and nuts. Put pumpkin mixture into ungreased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Sprinkle the dry cake mix over mixture in cake pan.
Pour the melted oleo over top of cake mix and sprinkle the nuts on top of this.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, no longer.
Cool.
Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Can omit ginger or nutmeg.
