Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 egg
1 green pepper
1 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix egg, hamburger, chopped onion and chopped green pepper with 1/2 cup of flour, then fry until done.
After this is done, remove, then use the other 1/2 cup of flour to make gravy with water and the grease.
Put the steak back into the gravy for about 45 minutes to simmer.
Add salt and pepper to your taste.
