Peanut Butter Crisscrosses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream shortening, eggs, sugars and vanilla.
Stir in peanut butter.
Sift dry ingredients.
Stir into creamed mixture.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Press with fork (dipped in sugar) to make crisscross.
Bake for 10 minutes.
