Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 lb. ground veal
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 large egg
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black or white pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except the 3 tablespoons butter into a large bowl and mix well.
    Cover and chill 2 hours or more.
    Shape into balls using about a tablespoon for each.
