Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. milk
    at least 1 lb. chicken (boneless, skinless works best)
Preparation
    Mix together flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Mix beaten egg and milk in separate bowl.
    Coat chicken with seasoned flour.
    Dip in beaten egg mixture and coat again with seasoned flour.
    Fry chicken in oil of your choice until fully cooked over medium-low heat.
    Drain on absorbent paper towels.
