whole boneless chicken breasts
corn flake crumbs
2 to 3 sticks butter
fresh or freeze-dried chives
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
4 to 6 oz. cream cheese
salt and pepper
cayenne pepper
small broccoli flowerets (optional)
Preparation

Soften 1 stick butter.
Add chives, about 2 tablespoons or to your liking.
Stuff breasts, fold.
Dip breasts in melted butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll in corn flake crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done and golden brown, 30 to 45 minutes.
