Petite Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
21 oz. cherry pie filling
Preparation

Place wafers in bottom of each cupcake paper.
Fill 2/3 full of mixture, made of first five ingredients.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with cherry pie filling and refrigerate or may be topped with other fruit, preserves, nuts or chocolate.
