Surprise Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. red cooking wine
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3 oz. dry mushrooms
Preparation

Put beef in slow cooker.
Combine other ingredients and blend. Pour over beef and cover.
Cook for 4 hours at medium setting. Don't stir and don't peek.
Serve over rice or noodles.
