Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and 8 tablespoons of reserved pineapple juice; mix well.
    Add cheese and pineapple chunks.
    Mix all well. Pour into a 1-quart greased casserole.
    Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
