Ingredients

2 cans black-eyed peas, drained well
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
pepper to taste
1 to 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Heat all ingredients, except peas and onions.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over peas and onions, which have been mixed together in a bowl.
Refrigerate.
