Catfish Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg or egg white
    1/2 c. Ritz or bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    garlic, salt and pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan (the real kind)
    4 catfish fillets or other firm white fish, like orange roughy)
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, cheese, oil and seasonings.
    Dip fish in egg/milk mixture and roll in crumb coating.
    Arrange in lightly oiled baking pan and cook in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until flaky. Heart healthy!
