Ingredients

1 c. long grain rice
2 c. water
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. white sugar
1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten well
Preparation

Simmer first three ingredients 20 minutes.
Add sugar.
Add milk and eggs at last.
Let sit.
Ready to serve 20 to 30 minutes.
