Tomato Slices(Italian Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large, ripe Jersey tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    olive oil
    red wine vinegar
    onion powder
    fresh ground black pepper
    Adobo (all-purpose seasoning)
    oregano
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Spread tomatoes on platter and season with oil, vinegar, onion powder, black pepper and Adobo.
    Top with oregano and grated cheese.
    Let stand for an hour at room temperature before serving.
