Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. plain rice, uncooked
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 can beef consomme or 2 bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion in oleo.
    Mix all other ingredients together and place in a casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
