Summer Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sliced zucchini
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Layer zucchini, onion and tomatoes in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Mix together soy sauce, salt, garlic salt, pepper and margarine and pour over vegetables.
    To with 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
