Orange Cake Filling - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
2 c. orange juice
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. grated orange rind
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small bag jellied mint candy (green or yellow centers)
3 boxes Betty Crocker SuperMoist cake mix
9 extra-large or jumbo eggs
1 c. Crisco liquid vegetable oil
1 1/3 c. water
2 c. whole milk

You will also need a large piece of cardboard, aluminum foil, one stalk of large silk flowers (colors of your choice), 2 (9-inch) cake pans and 1 (12-inch) large round cake pan.
