Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 (14 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup (add small amount of water)
    1/2 stick butter or margarine, cut up
    1/4 tsp. white or black pepper
    bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place sauteed vegetables in casserole in layers with artichokes.
    Make as many layers as desired.
    Pour mushroom soup over all.
    Add 1/2 stick of margarine and sprinkle with pepper over top.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs and dust with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until topping is bubbly or lightly browned.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
