Summer Cantaloupe Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cantaloupe
    1/2 honeydew melon
    1 papaya
    1 lb. seedless grapes
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. apricot preserves
    2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
Preparation
    Peel and seed cantaloupe and honeydew; cut into bite-sized pieces.
    Peel papaya and cut into bite sized pieces.
    Combine melons, papaya and grapes in a large bowl.
    Chill until serving time.
    Combine yogurt, preserves and orange juice in a small bowl. Blend well.
    Add to salad; mix well.
    Serves 8.
