Cranberry Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 c. pumpkin
    1 c. nuts
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 1/2 c. cranberries, chopped and rolled in 1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to
    350\u00b0.
    Grease
    a\t9
    x
    5-inch
    loaf pan. Cream together butter
    and
    sugar,
    then\tbeat in the eggs and vanilla. Sift
    together
    flour, baking powder, soda, salt and spices.
    Add to\tthe
    egg mixture and blend just until smooth. Mix in pumpkin, berries
    and nuts.\tBlend briefly.\tPour into pan.\tBake for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Makes 1 loaf.
