Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. chopped tomato
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. kidney beans
1 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Brown hamburger with onion and green pepper; drain well.
Put into soup pot.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 4 hours. Taste for seasoning.
Serve over rice with shredded cheese and minced green onion.
