Stroganoff Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can Campbell's beef broth *
    1/2 c. water
    3 c. uncooked medium noodles
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender.
    (Use shortening if necessary.)
    Stir to separate meat.
    Drain grease and blot with paper towels.
    Gradually blend in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat.
    Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until noodles are done.
    Stir often.
    Makes 5 cups.
