1 onion, diced
12 oz. tomato paste
20 oz. stewed tomatoes
2 carrots
3 celery stalks
1 green pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 bay leaf
fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation

Serves 8.
Recipe can be doubled, divided into smaller containers and frozen until needed.
