Maple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 tsp. maple flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Blend dry ingredients in bowl.
Add milk, egg and flavoring.
Mix until dry ingredients are moist; stir in nuts.
Pour in pan and bake 1 hour.
