Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

3 c. sweet potatoes
1 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
2 c. brown sugar
pecans to taste
Preparation

Mash sweet potatoes, stir in 1/2 cup of milk. Spread in butter greased baking dish. In sauce pan add: stick butter, 1/2 c. milk, and 2 c. brown sugar. Heat on stove until sugar is dissolved. pour mixture over potatoes. Cover top with chopped pecans. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes.
