Gourmet Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lump crab meat
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. mayo
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 egg, beaten
    2 slices bread, crusts cut off and soaked in milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl and make into cakes. Optional:
    Coat the cakes with bread crumbs.
