Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Layer potatoes and onion in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Heat soup and milk until it starts to boil.
Add salt and pepper, then dots of margarine.
Pour soup over top. Bake until done at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with bread crumbs at the last few minutes, if desired.
