Christmas Morning Breakfast Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, diced
    4 c. milk
    1/2 c. onions, diced
    1 lb. crisply fried and crumbled bacon
    salt and pepper
    8 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. green peppers, diced
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Put bread cubes in bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine eggs and milk; beat together and add peppers and onions.
    Add salt and pepper and pour over pan contents.
    Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
