Susie'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    2 to 3 chicken breasts, cut in cubes or strips
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 cans pinto beans, drained
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 red pepper, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    chili powder to taste
    white rice (one serving per person)
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add onion and chicken.
    Cook on medium-high until chicken turns white (5 to 8 minutes).
    Add tomatoes, beans, peppers and spices.
    Cook, covered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Pour over rice and top with 1 tablespoon sour cream.
    Serve with salad and/or bread.
    A real family favorite!
