Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimiento
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. water (hot)
    1 c. American cheese, chopped or grated
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Add vegetables and saute until tender.
    Add soup, seasonings and bouillon cubes dissolved in the hot water. Cover with foil.
    Add remaining ingredients and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
