Beef Roulades - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thin sliced eye of round
    4 slices bacon
    1 large onion
    garlic powder
    2 cans beef consomme (no water)
Preparation
    Place onion, cubed, on meat.
    Put 1 1/2 slices of bacon on onion and a couple of shakes of garlic powder.
    Roll up and secure with toothpick.
    Place in pot with
    consomme and cook on medium heat about 45 minutes.
    Thicken.
    Serve over mashed potatoes.
