Artichoke Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 jars marinated artichokes, partially drained
    pinch of garlic salt
    2 tsp. onion flakes
    8 eggs
    1/2 c. dried bread crumbs (Toscano)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 tsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Chop artichoke hearts.
    Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in an ungreased glass dish (13 x 9-inch) for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool and cut into squares.
