Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 lemon, juiced and grated
3 egg yolks
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine sugar and flour and mix well. Add water; place over medium heat until mixture begins to thicken. Lower heat and add beaten egg yolks. When blended well, add grated lemon and juice of the lemon. Continue cooking until mixture thickens to the consistency of chocolate pudding. Place in pie shell and top with Cool Whip.
