Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. soft margarine
2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. brown sugar

Preparation

Cream together margarine, sugar, sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and salt.
Grease and flour a tube or Bundt pan.
Pour half of mixture into pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 55 minutes.
