Garlic Potato With Crunchy Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
    3 c. instant potatoes
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions, crushed
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Lightly grease shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole pan. In medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add milk, salt and garlic; stir.
    Add instant potatoes and sour cream; mix well.
    Spoon potatoes into greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with onions and cheese.
    Bake until brown, maybe 30 to 60 seconds. Makes 8 servings (at 1/2 cup).
