Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 to 20 oz. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayo
1 pkg. saltines, crushed
Preparation

Mix the cheese, onion, celery and mayo together with the vegetables.
Put in casserole dish.
Pour melted margarine on top along with the crushed crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
