1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper seed
1 lb. fresh ground turkey
1 (14 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can no salt added tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. dry red wine (optional) or water
1/8 tsp. dry basil or parsley
1/4 tsp. dry oregano
fresh ground black pepper to taste
fresh parsley, chopped (about 2 Tbsp.)
1 c. loosely packed, low moisture, part-skim Mozzarella
2 Tbsp. fat-reduced Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs *
