Curried Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cooked rice
1/3 c. chopped red pepper
1/3 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt (if desired)
Preparation

In large bowl, combine rice with peppers and onions.
In measuring cup, blend salad oil, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, curry and salt.
Cover and refrigerate.
Makes 8 servings.
