Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew beef
    2 pkg. celery
    2 onions
    6 lb. bean sprouts
    1 large bottle soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut stew meat into small pieces.
    Brown stew beef in large pot; add 1/4 cup flour and mix.
    Add water to cover stew beef.
    Add celery and onions; cook on low heat about 1/2 hour.
    Add bean sprouts, keep on low heat and cook until bean sprouts are done, about 1 hour.
    Add soy sauce; mix well and enjoy.
