Sicilian Quiche(Sausage Rolls) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage
1 frozen loaf bread
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. parsley (fresh or dried)
garlic salt
pepper
Preparation

Let dough rise.
Roll out into rectangle.
Spread sausage evenly over dough, also, cheese, parsley, garlic salt and pepper. Roll dough jellyroll fashion.
Place seam side down on cutting board.
Cut into 1-inch slices.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes on greased cookie sheet until brown and sausage is done.
