Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks oleo
2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
Parsley flakes
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
8 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
Preparation

Melt oleo and dip chicken pieces in melted oleo.
Roll in breaded crumb mixture.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan, lined with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour, covered with foil. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more.
